Parliament consisted of two chambers:

executive
The Reich President was elected by the people directly, and his rights were:
- appointment and dismissal of the government
- command of the Army
- appointment of the State Court
- dissolution of Parliament
- laws violence through emergency decrees
The government was appointed by the President and had the confidence of Parliament (and thus the voters' will) subject.
judiciary
The State Supreme Court (as the Supreme Court) was appointed by the President.
